The status updates once background processing finishes. Pull down to refresh and check the timeline on the detail page.
Search, filter, and view your documents
The document center holds every receipt and invoice: search, filter by income or expense, and check each document's status, extracted details, and linked entry.
On your dashboard, go to Quick access → Documents. You’ll find a search bar and the tabs All, Rejected, Income, and Expense, each with a counter, plus the Camera, Photos, and Files buttons at the bottom. Pull down to refresh.
Search covers the document name, supplier or client, and filename. Each row shows a thumbnail, name, amount, source (Camera, Email, Files, …) with the date, and an Income or Expense label.
The detail page
- Preview — images show right away; View document opens the full file, PDFs included.
- Status — Queued, Processing, Completed, Failed, or Rejected.
- Extracted details — supplier or client, document date, subtotal, VAT, total, and the invoice number when recognized.
- Source and filename — where it came from and when it was uploaded.
- Timeline — uploaded, processing started and completed, receipt or invoice created, matched to a transaction.
- Linked expense or income — opens the entry the document belongs to.
Deleting a document
Swipe a row left and confirm, or use the delete button on the detail page. That removes the document from your administration, so only do it when it doesn’t belong there.
Common problems
A document stays on Processing
The amount or supplier is wrong
Extracted details can’t be edited in the document center. If the file is blurry or incomplete, delete it and upload a clearer copy. If the document is fine but the bookkeeping isn’t, raise it with your accountant — they can correct the linked entry.
Deleted by accident
Upload the document again — it simply runs through processing once more.
