It’s only shown when you have more than one business.
Manage company information
Keep your company details, logo, and VAT scheme up to date — and understand what changes where, including the KOR setting and leaving a business.
Open Profile → Company info. Everything here belongs to the business you’re currently in, so switch first if you run more than one — see Switch between businesses.
You’ll find your company name, KvK number, company type, country, address, postal code, city, VAT number, and website. Only the company name is required; edit any field and save. These details end up on your invoices, so keep them current.
Your company logo
The logo here is your company logo: it appears on your dashboard and in the business switcher. Tap the logo area to upload, replace, or remove it.
The KOR setting
KOR (small business scheme) is a toggle on this screen, described plainly in the app: VAT-exempt, meaning no VAT on your invoices and no VAT deduction on costs. Turn it on when your business is registered for the scheme. If you’re changing it because your situation changed, mention it to your accountant so your existing bookkeeping is handled correctly.
Leaving a business
Leave this business appears at the bottom, but only when you belong to more than one. It removes your access; it isn’t a way to delete a business, and the bookkeeping stays with the business and its remaining members.
Common problems
You can't find Leave this business
Your logo changed but your invoices look the same
They use different logos. Change the invoice one in your invoice settings.
You want to remove a business entirely
There’s no delete option on this screen. Contact support rather than repurposing or renaming the business — reusing one for a different company mixes two administrations together.
