Set up AirBill and connect your bank
Sign in, set up your business in a short conversation with Bill, and connect your business bank account — or skip that and do it later.
You set up AirBill in a short conversation with Bill, your AI bookkeeper: one question at a time, typed into the chat. It takes a few minutes and you only need your company name or KVK number. The bank step can wait.
AirBill is available for iPhone (App Store) and Android (Google Play).

Find your company
Type your company name or KVK number. Bill searches the KVK register and shows what it found as cards with address and KVK number. Tap yours.

Connect your business bank account, or skip
Tap Connect bank securely, pick your bank, and give consent at your own bank — read-only, revocable at any time. If several accounts are found, you choose which ones AirBill syncs.
Rather do it later? Tap Skip for now and connect via Profile → Connections whenever you’re ready.

Stepped away halfway? The conversation is saved — reopen the app and you continue where you left off.
What happens next
- With your bank connected, transactions come in automatically and AirBill starts matching them to your receipts and invoices.
- Bill stays reachable from the chat button on your dashboard.
- Your dashboard shows the Complete account setup card with what’s still open.
